These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Members") of the ex baji website and its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, each member fully accepts these terms.

These terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two, the Bengali version shall apply. If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.

2.1 Age Requirement

Applicants must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register and participate on ex baji. Members must state their age accurately when creating an account and may be required to verify it through a valid ID document. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of the rules and all such accounts may be permanently closed. Running multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device will be flagged as suspicious activity.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If an account is created using false or incomplete information, we reserve the right to close the account and freeze the funds at any time.

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account username and password strictly confidential. Login credentials must not be shared with any third party. The member is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ex baji may request identity verification from a member at any time. In such cases, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In that case, the member will be notified through their registered contact details.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ex baji currently processes transactions through the most widely used mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These methods apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Limits and Guidelines

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (via any method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour

4.3 Ownership of Funds

The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals should preferably be in the same person's name. Transactions made using a third party's account or card may be considered suspicious, and account verification may be required in such cases.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements. Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are fulfilled, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are provided to enhance the playing experience on the platform, not for purely financial gain.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member uses multiple accounts to systematically claim bonus advantages, or attempts to fulfil wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, ex baji may cancel that member's bonus and review their account.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only when the ex baji platform accepts it with a confirmation message. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be treated as void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of the bet will be settled in accordance with ex baji's established rules.

6.3 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds for that bet remain unchanged even if the event odds change afterwards. However, if incorrect odds were displayed due to an obvious error or technical fault, ex baji reserves the right to void the bet and refund the amount.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through third-party game provider software. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game may be stated in that game's description. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the following activities, their account may be suspended immediately or permanently closed:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities
• Following unusual or pre-planned betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements and gain bonus advantages
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party
• Involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members on the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or disrupt the system through technical means

ex baji endeavours to provide its services as consistently and reliably as possible. However, ex baji is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet connection failure or third-party service outages
• Natural disasters, war, or any other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure)
• Loss resulting from a member's own negligence or breach of rules
• Errors in third-party game provider software

Any compensation related to a dispute or complaint will be limited to the amount used in that specific transaction.

SSL encryption technology is used to secure financial transactions. Members' personal and financial information is never sold to third parties, although it may be disclosed to relevant authorities under legal obligations.

ex baji reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

Members are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed about the latest version of the terms. If a member does not agree with the updated terms, they have the option to close their membership, though the previous terms will continue to apply to transactions or bets already completed.

11.1 At the Member's Own Request

Any member may contact the support team at any time to close their account. Any remaining funds can be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided the wagering requirements have been met.

11.2 Closure by ex baji

ex baji may close an account without prior notice for the following reasons: serious breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or legal obligations.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
